Weekly rates, convenience, community... Loved it. The room I stayed in wasn't new, but it was very comfortable. Had a full size fridge, microwave, burner, and sink. Also, the cable tv has tons of channels, and free wifi is available. The Terrace is it's own community, I had no real problems there, the people where nice. I loved the location. A nice little game center/theater/bar is a two minute walk down the street. Convenience store/ gas station is right next store. And, it's right next to the highway.
This hotel is great for long term or overnight stays. Kitchenettes in each room. Two doubles at $55 our one king at $45 makes a great deal. Clean and revamped rooms go beyond expectations. Super friendly owners mind their own business and keep yours calm.
Great place to stay when you are trying to get yourself back on your feet. Super flexible but strict in a great way. Will return just to support the business.
